mountain bike or skis and hang them on the deck for great

has some breathtaking views of downtown Boone and the beautiful
ASU campus. Once
you turn into the neighborhood, you feel private and secluded,
yet minutes away from downtown! More private than in-town
living, but the same convenience.

full basement.
